Eli Carter to Delay Decision Until Spring
Eli Carter is going to continue to take his time and will decide in the spring, according to Brewster coach, Jason Smith. After leading them on for weeks, I believe Seton Hall has to make the decision to pass on his recruitment and turn their attention to 6'2 PG Freddie Wilson (New Haven, CT). It's Carter's decision to make and if he feels unsure about his future and what college presents the best opportunity for himself, it's definitely in his best interest to prolong his recruitment. And it's in Seton Hall's best interest to take their recruitment elsewhere. Update 11/10 11:00AM From Adam Zagoria: "Seton Hall is no longer recruiting Brewster (N.H.) guard Elijah Carter, sources with knowledge said. He is waiting to spring to sign." Also from Zagoria: "Freddie Wilson, a 6-foot-2, 180-pound combo guard from New Haven (Conn.) Hillhouse, is mulling three schools and may sign late. Seton Hall, Fordham and Drexel," Hillhouse coach Ty Sullivan said Wednesday."
