After leading them on for weeks, I believe Seton Hall has to make the decision to pass on his recruitment and turn their attention to 6'2 PG Freddie Wilson (New Haven, CT). It's Carter's decision to make and if he feels unsure about his future and what college presents the best opportunity for himself, it's definitely in his best interest to prolong his recruitment. And it's in Seton Hall's best interest to take their recruitment elsewhere.
