As previously rumored, forward Anali Okoloji will transfer from Seton Hall.

The freshman from Brooklyn posted on Facebook and Twitter today confirming what we have all been anticipating for several weeks:

Hurting right now. I love SHU met some great people this year, learned a lot from this experience. Don't want to transfer but i have to do whats best for me and my family. I love my team and appreciate the friends i made at Seton hall

This couldn't have been done more cordially and professionally by Anali. Once again, on behalf of Pirate Nation & South Orange Juice, we wish you the best of luck at your next collegiate destination.

Expect an official release by the University soon.

Update (April 7th, 2:20PM): Transfer is official, quote from Head Coach Kevin Willard:

 "We wish Anali the best of luck in his future endeavors. By transferring, he'll be able to get the increased playing time he desires. We thank him for his hard work last season at Seton Hall."
