After Lincoln High School (N.Y.) standout Isaiah Whitehead committed to Seton Hall last Thursday, he stated that he would "probably try to recruit a big man" to play with him at Seton Hall. Well, based on a tweet today, it looks like Isaiah has set his sights on 2014 Top 20 power forward Goodluck Okonoboh (Wilbraham & Monson, Mass.).
Come Make History At Seton Hall With Me Bro 🙌🏀 @Goodlucko_12— Isaiah Whitehead (@Isaiah_W15) September 24, 2013
Seton Hall had offered Goodluck a long time ago before his recruitment skyrocketed and he was swarmed by the best programs in the country. According to 247Sports.com, Indiana looks like a strong favorite for Okonoboh, although he is set to visit Ohio State this weekend while 2014 center Chinanu Onuaku (also a former target) of Riverdale Baptist (Md.) will visit Indiana, perhaps as a 'Plan B'. Goodluck trimmed his list to Indiana, Ohio State, Duke, Florida, and UNLV in August.
Seton Hall has also been after 2014 center Adonis Delarosa (Christ the King, N.Y.) and Top 50 2015 center Jessie Govan (St. Mary's, N.Y.) since Quadri Moore chose being a Bearcat over a Pirate last week.
