If you haven't been following our Twitter feed, here's SHU Athletics recap. Note: Gene Teague dropped 16 points, not 12, as the article states, but hey, who's counting during exhibition basketball? A second correction, Freddie Wilson also started at the point this evening, not Aaron Cosby.
From Seton Hall Athletics: "Cosby scored a team-high 23 points and was an impressive 5-for-8 from three-point range. Getting the start at point guard, he also led the Pirates with seven assists. Every Pirate scored in the game with the exception of Tom Maayan (Galil, Isreal) and Brian Oliver (Glassboro, N.J.) who did not play. Maayan is completing his rehab from an ACL tear and Oliver is nursing a slight ankle sprain. Both players are expected to be ready for the start of the regular season." Recapping a great year that may not have turned out the way we all hoped it would, while also setting the stage for the better times that lie ahead. Go Pirates!
