Seton Hall will be visiting the Canarias Basketball Academy (Canary Islands), over fall break, according to CBA's director and head coach, Rob Orellana.  Kevin Willard began building the international pipeline to the CBA immediately after arriving in South Orange by signing Patrik Auda and Aaron Geramipoor to the '10-11 class.  Haralds Karlis, who is expected to see significant minutes in his freshman campaign, became the third Pirate to enroll at Seton Hall from Orellana's program.

In the Jaren Sina de-commitment post, we noted it wouldn't be surprising if Kevin Willard reeled in his '12 PG from overseas.  Many have questioned whether Willard's "CIAton" recruiting approach could possibly continue deep into his tenure at the program.  While it's too early to label the current crop of Seton Hall/CBA alums a failure or success at the Big East level, Coach Willard has made it clear that he has no intentions of abandoning his recruiting strategy at this point.  Whether the staff is visiting in search of their next point guard, power forward or simply doing their due diligence for future recruits, it's evident the pipeline is alive.  Whether it thrives or not can only be proven on the court.
