Kent School (Conn.) senior Travis Berry has accepted a walk-on position at Seton Hall.
A 6-foot-4, 180 lb. point guard, Travis is described by the New England Recruiting Report as "physically imposing a lead guard as you'll find, Berry has tremendous size and length for the position along with the athletic upside to be a very intriguing prospect for the next level."
Berry received interest from Drexel, Sacred Heart, Quinnipiac, and several Division II schools while at Kent. Travis averaged 16 ppg, 5apg & 5 rpg as a senior and sports a 3.3 GPA.
Travis is unsure if he will enroll early at Seton Hall to take summer classes, but he is already set to walk-on in the fall. With only four guards currently on the roster -- Hakeem Harris, Brian Oliver, Jaren Sina, and Sterling Gibbs -- playing time is certainly not out of the question for Berry.
Seton Hall is also looking to possibly add another guard as a walk-on for the upcoming season.
