Seton Hall hosts Isaiah Briscoe, Rashard Figures, and more

New, 26 comments

For the fifth day in a row, Seton Hall played host to at least one recruiting target on their campus. Today, four new visitors joined 2013 forward Rashed Anthony, who is on an official visit, in South Orange. Myles Stephens, Terry Larrier, Kyle Kuzma, Will Bunton, Rashaan Holloway, Trey Lowe, and Tyus Battle have already been on Seton Hall's campus this week. was told that 2015 standout guard Isaiah Briscoe, 2014 guard Rashard Figures (Hackensack, N.J.), 2015 forward Chris Silva (Roselle Catholic, N.J.), and 2014 Ismael Sanogo (Newark East Side, N.J.) have visited Seton Hall today. Newcomers Chris Silva and Ismael Sanogo join two mainstays on the Seton Hall recruiting circuit in Isaiah Briscoe and Rashard Figures.

Seton Hall has offered Silva, Sanogo, and the aforementioned Myles Stephens.

Isaiah Briscoe - One of the best guards in 2015, it would take something of the Kyle Anderson nature to convince Briscoe to stay in New Jersey. The rising junior has already decided to leave St. Benedict's Prep (N.J.) and play next season at one of Findlay Prep (Nev.), Our Savior New American (N.Y.), Huntington Prep (W.Va.) or Oak Hill Academy (Va.)

Rashard Figures - This is the type of target that Seton Hall should be targeting regularly. Figures has driven his stock to the brink of the Top-150 range yet really hasn't done enough to warrant calls from the more prestigious high-major programs. Add in the fact that he is a local kid and that is the perfect recipe for a recruiting target.

Chris Silva - This 6-foot-8 NJ Roadrunners forward who is a rising junior at Roselle Catholic is just scratching the surface. Silva had to play behind all-everything Tyler Roberson at RC last season and is therefore poised to have a breakout season next winter. Villanova, Syracuse, and Rutgers have also shown interest.

Ismael Sanogo - Set to be a senior at Newark East Side this fall, Ismael holds offers from Penn, Buffalo, George Mason, Wagner and Delaware, while West Virginia and Creighton are showing interest. Sanogo is another local under-the-radar target.

Texas transfer Julien Lewis was scheduled to officially visit Seton Hall yesterday, but missed his flight before committing to Fresno State last night.
